We love Diseyland!

E was able to get her hair done like a princess! She surprisingly sat still for the most part. She looked so adorable. She also got to get her face painted and a tiara to keep. She really enjoyed it! She really is a little princess (that is one of her nicknames.)
What is a princess without her prince? He got his face painted like a snake. That is probably one of his favorite animals, much to his Grandma's chagrin.

While we were waiting to get them all "royal" we got to see three princesses. We saw Aurora, Princess Minnie and Cinderella.

While we were there we got to have a "breakfast with Minnie" to celebrate B and E's cousin Alexandra's birthday. There were tons of caracters making the rounds while we ate. We got lots of fun pictures.

When we are at Disenyland we let our kids get something from World of Disney a few of the nights. B slowly collected Mickey shoes, hands and even some Mickey ears with his name on them. He was so proud.

Disneyland, here we come!

We are off to Disneyland tomorrow! I'm not sure if B and E are more excited or us parents. I will definately be posting pictures when we get back. Wish us luck! (I hate to fly)

If you can believe it B is just getting over the chicken pox! It was a long few days while he got over them. He was luckily happy as a clam through most of it. All I can say is thank goodness for vaccinations. He only had 10 or 15 spots as opposed to 100-200 that you would get if you weren't vaccinated. I didn't even know that he had them until they started to scab over. It was crazy!

We were lucky this year to be able to go pick pumpkins from Grandpa M's garden down at the shop. B and E had been sick so it was a good outing for them as they were just getting over strep throat. There were so many pumpkins! The kids had a hard time choosing which pumpkins to take home. Good thing we have a good sized front porch for those pumpkins!

Our Kittens and the Fearless E

As my facebook friends know, we got two kittens about a week ago. We let B and E choose one name. They chose to name the girl Flower. She is a mostly grey kitten, but she does have some orange to her and so I guess this makes her a tourtise shell. M and I then got to name our boy kitten and we chose the name Bob. He is an orange tabby. They are the easiest pets that I have ever had. They live in the garage because M and I are allergic to cats and I think B and E are, too. We are all doing OK with them, though. They are so cute and the kids ask at least twice a day to go out and see them. E is so fearless (go figure) when it comes to picking them up and holding them. If we need to get one of the cats we send E to get them. That is why she is holding them in the pictures. B is a little more timid (once again, go figure) but still likes to go to the garage and give them toys and make sure E is being nice :)

So I know that I am not very good at this blogging thing. I have so many questions! How do you make a list of other people's blog's you visit? Where do you get all of the cute backgrounds? How do you get music to play on your blog? There are many more questions. If anyone is willing, could you help me out? I don't know what I'm doing! Anywhoo, I hope you guys will stick with me while I am learning and figuring this out! We have been really busy lately! I love anytime there is a holiday coming up because there are always so many fun things to do. We have been going to Frightmares at Lagoon tons and painting lots of pumpkins that now sit on our porch. B has his first school program tomorrow night and I am so excited for it. I hope he will actually sing because he refuses to sing in front of us. I will take some pictures and post them soon.

Aunt J and I took our kids to the zoo in Salt Lake a couple of weeks ago. We watched a show where the elephant did all sorts of tricks. The kids had a goot time watching that. The funniest thing was that the kids favorite part was probably playing on the statues of the animals that were throughout the zoo. They could have spent their whole time just playing on those.

This is B's first day of preschool. He is going with about eight kids from our neighborhood. He is loving going to preschool. He always wants to play with one of his friends before or after school. The thing I love about B is that he is such a ham! He is always making funny faces and making us and even strangers laugh. It is crazy for me to think that he will be in Kindergarten next year!

Our Family Pictures

We got our family pictures taken a few weeks ago. Our kids were not very cooperative to say the least. Luckily most of them turned out really cute. Here are my favorites.
